The items on this page came from several different collections. All are SS. I create album pages for all of the photos in my collection. These album pages have the individual's name and a little about him. The SS album pages are 8.5" x 5.5" and are in a special heavy poly protector that is punched to fit a standard 8.5" x 5.5" 3-ring binder.

	$60	SS044 - Alois Schnaubelt was an SS-Unterscharfuhrer, Geeschutzf. in 3/SS-Flak.Bat. 5 "Wilking." He was decorated with the Knights Cross November 16, 1944. He was commander of an 8.8cm Flak Gun and destroyed a number of T-34's near Serock.
	$45	SS045 - Leon Degrelle was a friend of Hitler and was an Oakleaves recipient - one of the very few foreigners to receive the Knights Cross. He was a Waffen-SS Obersturmbannfuhrer from Belgium. He was condemned to death after the war in absentia by Belgium, but escaped to Denmark, then to Norway, and finally settled in Spain where he became a prolific writer and strong supporter of he Nazi ideals. This bookplate signature was one obtained during a personal interview with Degrelle that was published in one of Primedia Publications' military publications. The original intended use for these bookplates were to affix them to limited edition copies of the interview and to books Degrelle had written. Degrelle died April 1, 1994.
